Yoga Retreats

Turn your vacation into an unforgettable experience by joining us for a yoga retreat in July or August. A typical retreat includes a stay in our guesthouse, plus optional activities from which you may create your own schedule, in peace and silence.

Morning:

  • Gong to indicate wake-up
  • One hour of meditation
  • One hour of yoga (complimentary yoga mats, linen, and props are available)
  • Breakfast from 08:00 until 09:00
  • A nature walk or other activity
  • Healthy vegetarian lunch at 12:30 (main meal of the day, mostly from our own garden)
  • Free time to relax, write, swim, paint, or sit at the eco-pool

Afternoon:

  • One hour of yoga or Chi-Kung (Qigong)
  • One hour of meditation
  • Dinner at 18:30 (soup and healthy dessert)
  • Optional listening to inspirational talks (Burgs, TED talks, etc.)
  • Gong to indicate bedtime

 

Our silent yoga retreats are offered in July and August. The rest of the year, we are open as a bed-and-breakfast or guest-house for special events.

During September, guests can participate in the grape harvest and in late October we harvest the olives.

Our all-inclusive retreat concept includes accommodation in shared twin rooms with en-suite bathrooms, plus all meals and beverages. Our rate does not include the transfer to the retreat.

Because of environmental principles, we can only accept stays with a minimum of three nights, but it is recommended to stay at least 1 week or more.
